Scoring
How your score is calculated
Each submission is graded by AI on two independent components, each from 0 to 100:
- Numeric answer score: how close your final number is to the reference estimate.
- Written explanation score: the quality, structure, and plausibility of your reasoning process.
Final score formula
Total Score = (Numeric answer score + Written explanation score) / 2
The total is rounded to the nearest integer, so final scores are always whole numbers between 0 and 100.
